missing
I keep getting decent amounts of sleep. I believe that it truly affects my mood and abilities in a negative way... What I need is to go back to 4 hours of sleep a night and a crazy schedule of 10 hours of work and 2 hours of working out daily.
Obviously this whole "quasi-normalcy" thing isn't working out for me.
Also, I have begun exercising once more after a hiatus of approximately 2 weeks. I'm disappointed in me.
